"More accurate than I expected"
I’ve been happy with my Bellabeat tracker so far. A lot of people in my friend group use different fitness trackers, and this one holds up really well compared to theirs, especially for sleep and steps. I checked it against my phone a few times and the numbers were almost the same most days. The app is also easy to use and not overwhelming, which I really appreciate. Overall, I trust it and I’m glad I got it.

"Worth it for how I use it"
I signed up for the subscription when I got my Bellabeat, and for me it’s actually been worth it. I like having the tips and tracking in one place, and it doesn’t feel overwhelming or like it’s pushing too much at me. I use it regularly enough that the price feels fair for what I’m getting out of it.

"Cute and comfy, but please don’t change it"
This is really cute and feels super nice on. The design is without trying too hard, and it’s comfy enough that I actually want to keep wearing it. If they change the fabric or quality, though, I’m probably moving on to something else

"I got my Bellabeat mostly just for tracking..."
I got my Bellabeat mostly just for tracking stuff, but the battery life has been the biggest surprise. I barely even think about charging it, which is so nice. With normal use it lasts me for days and days, like way longer than I expected tbh.

The app is simple, and clear, and I can find my stats fast, without getting confused. It’s just easy to use, which I really appreciate.

"Good when it actually stays connected"
I really like the look of the app and it’s easy to use, but my device randomly disconnects now and then. The battery percentage also doesn’t always seem right, which gets annoying. It’s not awful or anything, just doesn’t feel totally dependable. Anyway...

"Support was helpful, but I’m not totally sold yet"
I had a problem with my Bellabeat app not syncing, so I reached out to support. They got back to me quickly and explained what to do in a way that was easy to follow, and it did end up working. I’m happy with the help, but it does make me wonder a bit about the overall app quality if syncing issues pop up like that.

"I was surprised how fast my order..."
I was surprised how fast my order arrived. I ended up getting the wrong size band, but the return was straightforward, and the refund hit my account a few days later. Always nice when that part doesn’t turn into a whole thing
